If you are a practitioner inside a system that is deploying AI, and you are seeing something readers should know about, tell us. Confidentiality is the default.

Nothing you share is published, attributed, or quoted without your explicit written consent. We may follow up to ask if you would speak further, but you are under no obligation to respond.

You can describe it generally if you prefer. Example: "a regional hospital network in the Mid-Atlantic" rather than the specific name.

Your role, direct experience, or how this came across your desk. Helps us judge what we can responsibly do with it.
